Eko Atlantic City Commercial Tower — Lagos, Nigeria
A 25-floor mixed-use tower in the new Eko Atlantic development was equipped with ASENWARE's FP300 addressable fire alarm control panel. The system covers office floors, retail units, a hotel, and basement car parks — totalling over 48,000 m². More than 850 addressable detectors, beam detectors for the double-height lobby, and a fully integrated voice alarm system were installed. The project met local fire code requirements and international NFPA 72 standards.
Data Centre Campus — Johannesburg, South Africa
A tier-3 data centre campus in Johannesburg required the most sensitive early-warning fire detection available. ASENWARE supplied its aspirating smoke detection (ASD) system for all server halls, network equipment rooms, and raised-floor voids. The ASD system interfaces with an inert gas suppression (IG-541) system that triggers without human intervention. The installation protects over 8,000 m² of mission-critical IT infrastructure, achieving alarm response at smoke concentrations as low as 0.005% obs/m.
Nairobi Business Park — Nairobi, Kenya
A modern business park complex comprising four six-storey office buildings in Nairobi's Westlands district was protected with ASENWARE's CFP2166 conventional fire alarm system. Each building was equipped with an independent 8-zone panel, with all four systems networked to a central monitoring and annunciator station at the security gatehouse. The project involved over 600 smoke detectors, heat detectors, and manual call points, along with weatherproof sounders for the outdoor car park areas.
New Administrative Capital Government Complex — Cairo, Egypt
As part of Egypt's landmark New Administrative Capital project, ASENWARE supplied fire alarm and emergency public address systems for a cluster of government ministry buildings. The FP200 addressable system covers 12 connected structures with a total area exceeding 110,000 m². The emergency PA system provides zone-based voice evacuation in both Arabic and English. All equipment was supplied with full CE certification and Arabic-language documentation to support the local engineering team.
Tema Port Logistics Hub — Accra, Ghana
A major port logistics and container handling facility at Tema Port required a robust fire protection system capable of withstanding the harsh coastal environment. ASENWARE's weatherproof fire alarm system (IP65 rated) was deployed across the warehouse complex, administrative block, and customs inspection areas. Automatic sprinkler systems protect the high-rack warehouses storing consumer goods, and wet riser hydrant systems are installed throughout the facility perimeter. The system complies with Ghana's Fire and Emergency Safety requirements.
