Central Business Tower — Bangkok, Thailand
A 38-floor Grade-A commercial tower in Bangkok's central business district was equipped with ASENWARE's FP300 addressable fire alarm control system. The installation covered over 65,000 m² of office and retail space, integrating 1,200 addressable smoke detectors, manual call points, and sounder-beacon devices. The system interfaces with the building's HVAC for smoke extraction and provides a centralised graphical annunciator display at the security desk.
SM Mega Mall Extension — Manila, Philippines
The expansion wing of a major retail complex in Metro Manila required a reliable fire detection solution covering 42,000 m² across three floors. ASENWARE supplied CFP2166 conventional fire alarm panels for back-of-house areas and FP100 addressable panels for the main retail atrium. The project included over 900 heat and smoke detectors, a voice evacuation system, and integration with automatic fire shutters.
Petrochemical Plant — Balikpapan, Indonesia
A major petrochemical processing facility in East Kalimantan required ATEX-certified fire and gas detection systems for hazardous Zone 1 and Zone 2 areas. ASENWARE deployed its explosion-proof fire alarm control panels, Ex-rated flame detectors, gas detectors, and alarm sounders throughout the plant. The system covers 28 detection zones across the processing area, storage tanks, and loading bays, with a redundant control architecture ensuring maximum uptime.
International Airport Terminal 3 — Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
The newest terminal building at Kuala Lumpur's international airport presented a large-scale fire protection challenge. ASENWARE provided a networked addressable fire alarm system with over 2,800 detection points across the departures hall, gate areas, baggage handling, and technical zones. In addition, pre-action sprinkler systems were integrated with the fire alarm network for data server rooms and electrical switchrooms, with aspirating smoke detection (ASD) for early warning in critical IT zones.
Textile Manufacturing Complex — Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
A large-scale garment manufacturing facility employing over 3,000 workers required comprehensive fire protection to comply with Vietnamese fire safety regulations. ASENWARE installed a CFP2166 16-zone conventional fire alarm system across production floors, warehouses, and administrative buildings. The project also included a CO2 gaseous suppression system for the generator room and electrical substation, along with a fire hose reel network throughout the production areas.
IT Technology Park — Pune, India
A 12-building IT campus in Pune, housing the offices of several multinational technology companies, was protected with ASENWARE's FP200 addressable fire alarm system. The campus-wide network links 12 repeater panels to a central monitoring station. Aspirating smoke detection was installed in all server rooms and UPS rooms across the campus. The system also integrates with access control, CCTV, and BMS platforms to provide comprehensive building intelligence.
