Student Accommodation Complex — Manchester, United Kingdom
A 650-bedroom purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) block in Manchester required a compliant fire alarm system meeting BS 5839-1:2017 Cat L1 grade. ASENWARE's LPCB-approved FP300 addressable control panel was installed with over 1,100 addressable devices across 22 floors. The system includes L2 detection throughout common areas, kitchens, and corridors, with heat detection in every bedroom. The voice alarm system interfaces with a warden call system at the reception desk. The project was inspected and commissioned to BAFE SP203-1 requirements.
Logistics Warehouse — Hamburg, Germany
A 35,000 m² logistics and distribution warehouse near Hamburg required CE-certified fire detection complying with DIN 14675. ASENWARE's CFP2166 conventional panel (16 zones) was installed with rate-of-rise heat detectors throughout the high-bay storage areas, and smoke detectors in the administrative offices, loading bays, and plant rooms. Sprinkler flow switches and pressure monitors were connected to the fire alarm panel for central supervision. The system operates 24/7 with a certified monitoring centre connection.
Hotel & Conference Centre — Paris, France
A 4-star hotel and conference centre near Paris CDG airport required a fire alarm system compliant with French NFS 61-936 standards. ASENWARE supplied the FP200 addressable system for the 280-room hotel, three conference halls, restaurant, and spa. French-language control panels and operator documentation were provided as standard. An addressable emergency lighting system with central test function monitors all 320 emergency luminaires and exit signs. The combined system was installed by an approved French contractor and validated by a French conformity assessor.
Industrial Manufacturing Plant — Valencia, Spain
A ceramic tile manufacturing facility in Valencia's industrial district required robust fire protection for its kiln areas, glazing lines, and finished goods warehouse. ASENWARE's weatherproof fire alarm panels (IP65) were installed in the production hall, with high-temperature linear heat cable running alongside kiln equipment. Spanish-language documentation and a local-language HMI were provided. The automatic CO2 suppression system protects the main electrical switchroom and conveyor drive area. The installation complies with Spanish fire safety regulation CTE-DB-SI.
University Campus — Rome, Italy
An Italian university campus comprising eight faculty buildings, a library, student union, and sports complex was upgraded with ASENWARE's FP300 addressable fire alarm system. The campus-wide network links individual building panels to a central graphical monitoring workstation at the campus security office. Over 2,200 addressable devices are installed across the campus, with optical smoke detectors in lecture halls, offices, and libraries, and fixed-temperature heat detectors in kitchens and plant rooms. The system complies with Italian UNI 9795 standard.
Port Terminal Warehouse — Rotterdam, Netherlands
A bonded goods terminal warehouse at the Port of Rotterdam required early-warning fire detection for high-value stored goods. ASENWARE supplied aspirating smoke detection (ASD) for the high-bay racking areas where conventional point detectors cannot provide adequate coverage due to stratification at 18 m ceiling height. The ASD system is supplemented by a CFP2166 conventional panel for perimeter areas, loading docks, and office accommodation. The installation was inspected by a Dutch certified fire safety assessor (Erkend bedrijf) prior to handover.
